Crisp.

That was impressive. Very crisp sound, almost unearthly. We need more material like this--don't be afraid to expand on the original melody of the song.

DjViRuSnz responds:

Much appreciated - Yeah, i used alot of reverb to try achieve that sound, im glad it worked out :) - Ill be sure to keep working and updating it

Thanks,
V.

Wow. That _is_ new.

I like your new music and the impressive voices. This is only half transitioned to your new style? I was surprised, actually, both on your choice and how different this piece sounded--I like it. I'm almost convinced to buy that engine, considering if I can afford it. Doesn't sound cheap at all. Great job.

Draqo responds:

I just used the Demo and promoted the technology of it, because very few people know about the actual engine. If I ever find a more professional use for it I'll buy it in a heart beat.

Thanks for the review! :D

Going somewhere?

I have to say that this is a very well done submission, though it feels like an intro to something a whole lot bigger. It's good, I'll give you that. Will it go somewhere?

(psst... i heard you turn the volume down at the end---was there more? :) )

Vetkin responds:

Could have been longer but i thought it would be artificial to make it longer than it first was, so i just kept it like the original feeling was :)

Never saw that coming....

This is the first of your songs I've heard and I was completely blown away. At 1:20, I hit this vision of a jet black mecha locked in combat with a blood red mecha in the sand-filled ruins of a 21st century city. Yeah, I'm one of those ppl. Just nice job :)

Flashback!

The moment this song started, it reminded me of my favorite ambient artist (professional that is) _Introspective_. Very soothing pads and flowing sounds really paint a picture for me--it's been a while since I've heard anything like this. Good job.

Fun, awesome. Just cool.

Fun sounding song, love it... btw... my friends still call me 'grahamcraka', lol.

Hey its me again! Nice job!

I like the drums and the song as a whole. The tones are the only thing I found inconsistent, and could have been alleviated with longer or more gradual transitions. Otherwise, its a solid piece, congrats.

(psst i was the guy that caused you some confusion on ur song 'emotionally screwed' lol sry)

AvatarKami responds:

Thanks for the review. Yeah, it does transition rather fast. Oh, and don't worry about the Emotionally Screwed thing, I actually appreciated you letting me know about that possibility. Thanks for another review ^_^

Wow my window just shattered!

Wow awesome music and I had no idea that anyone could sing that high so well. I do admit that there were recording problems (or effects, as you put it), but those are apart from the awesomeness. Now that I got the final, could I get a copy of the music without vocals too? I think I got an idea... but it will be a long time before its fruition.

MaestroRage responds:

*Giggle* Awww, I'm the first coloratura soprano you've ever met then! Anyway, why do you want the instrumental version? I don't think either of us really want to give this song of ours away any time soon. I love it and nurtured it way too much. Unless... Are you one of the guys who helped us with Authorities of Darkness? PM me, okay? Thanks for listening!

Somehow very different than I expected

I am suddenly disapointed that i have not ever played gradius. your song has spontaneously convinced me to go get a copy.
